Product Condition

Sunrise Backcountry Resale specializes in carefully curated pre-owned outdoor apparel, footwear, and gear. Unless specifically noted, our inventory is pre-owned and may show normal signs of previous use, age, or vintage characteristics.

Every item is individually inspected, photographed, measured, and described as accurately as possible. We encourage customers to carefully review all photos, measurements, and descriptions before purchasing.

Pricing & Availability

All products are subject to availability. Because most items are one-of-a-kind, once an item is sold it may no longer be available.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, update product information, or discontinue products without prior notice.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing errors, or inventory discrepancies are suspected.

If payment has already been processed for a canceled order, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. Tracking information will be provided whenever available.

Returns

Returns are governed by our published Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service.

Customers must obtain return authorization before returning any merchandise.

Accuracy of Information

While we strive for accuracy, occasional errors involving product descriptions, pricing, photographs, or availability may occur.
